What's the deal on shipping?

All orders less than $75 (pre-tax) will ship out at a flat rate of $10. All orders $75 will ship free.

nextdoorcomics.com generally ships all in stock product within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order. Orders placed after 6AM (PST) will not be processed until the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock, we generally hold the entire order until that item becomes available.

Your order may be shipped in two separate shipments depending on the availability of the items in your order.

Any order for an item that is not yet available from the distributor will be shipped when the item is released.

nextdoorcomics.com ships pre-ordered product for arrival as close to the release date as is possible. Due to ongoing industry-wide issues with distribution, there may be delays in the shipment of some pre-ordered product. Pre-ordered product is not guaranteed to arrive on the release date.

For insurance and security purposes, domestic orders exceeding a product total of $200.00 will be shipped with USPS Signature Confirmation.

All packages ship from Cloverdale, CA.

What is your return policy?

We cannot make exchanges via nextdoorcomics.com.
nextdoorcomics.com will gladly accept returns on any defective item in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. UNOPENED items may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping costs. nextdoorcomics.com does not accept returns of any opened items or worn garments. We will replace defective merchandise with another copy of the same item.

Purchases made at nextdoorcomics.com may be returned at our retail location in Cloverdale, CA.


With ANY return of an item purchased on-line, please contact us via the form on our CONTACT US page to make return arrangements. Please take care when packing the product for return.

We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.

Will I be charged sales tax?

New internet commerce laws are such that we are required to charge sales tax in states where we are considered to have a retail or economic presence. Because we ship goods to your state, we are considered to have a presence there, and as such are required to charge sales tax on all orders from your state. We can assure you the sales tax you were charged is indeed being paid directly to your state.
